Getinge Italia is looking for a Sr. Tender Office & Pricing Specialist (M/F/D) to join our team in Milan (Cinisello Balsamo).

Contract type: Permanent position Full-time
Reporting to: Tender Office & Pricing Manager
As Sr. Tender Office & Pricing Specialist (M/F/D) in a team of 6 people you will manage tender and pricing activities with autonomy ensuring full compliance with public procurement regulations. You will also support the lifecycle of existing contracts collaborating closely with the Contracts Manager and other internal stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end management of assigned tenders and commercial offers (70%)
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all documentation
Handle post-tender follow-up contract updates and compliance checks
Liaise with public institutions sales teams and customers
Maintain pricing lists and upload contract pricing in SAP (10%)
Assist in contract management for the assigned region providing backup to the Contracts Manager (20%)
Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring
Contribute to process improvement and ensure quality compliance
Degree in Law or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the medical device sector is a plus)
Solid knowledge of tender regulations and e-procurement platforms (e.g. Sintel MEPA)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Good knowledge of english
Experience with SAP and Salesforce CRM is an advantage
