$13.80$17.80 per hour total compensation ($7.80/hr base with $10/hr in tips)

As a Shift Coordinator youll set the tone for the team guide the flow of each shift and ensure that every guest walks away with a meaningful memorable experience. Youll lead by exampleworking shoulder to shoulder with Scoopers offering real-time coaching and creating an environment rooted in generosity thoughtfulness and connection. What Youll Do:
Shift Coordinatorslead the vibe on the floor by keeping everyone in flow guiding on-the-spot coaching and helping our shops sparkle.
- Deliver amazing customer service with a warm welcoming vibe
- Lead daily shift flow and help Scoopers stay on track
- Jump in wherever needed: scooping storytelling register waffle station cleaning hosting
- Coach and motivate teammates in real time
- Solve little hiccups and spread big joy
- Ensure safety cleanliness and shop standards are consistently met
- Assist with daily inventory logbooks and basic cash handling
