What Youll Do
Shift Coordinatorslead the vibe on the floor by keeping everyone in flow guiding on-the-spot coaching and helping our shops sparkle.
Deliver amazing customer service with a warm welcoming vibe
Lead daily shift flow and help Scoopers stay on track
Jump in wherever needed: scooping storytelling register waffle station cleaning hosting
Coach and motivate teammates in real time
Solve little hiccups and spread big joy
Create safe warm spaces where everyone feels welcome
Ensure safety cleanliness and shop standards are consistently met
Assist with daily inventory logbooks and basic cash handling
