Specific Duties Include but not Limited To:
- Perform general office clerk duties and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Organize and maintain files records and documents.
- Checks and balances of daily transactions.
- Responsible for daily e-mail and phone communications at the club.
- Completes basic office duties with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment.
- High professionalism when working with employees entertainers vendors and customers
- Prior Aloha POS experience preferred but not required
- Prior Office Management Administration Payroll or Human Resources experience required (2 years in any one area or combined experience will satisfy the requirement)
Additional Information:
Schedule is full-time days or evenings.
Must be able/willing to work a flexible schedule as necessary in support of business operations. This includes the ability to work overtime holidays and weekends.
Clubs can be noisy crowded and/or smoky depending on state regulations. Ideal candidate must be comfortable when exposed to nudity or topless entertainment adult-oriented artwork or other graphic materials that portray nudity or sexually explicit subject matter.
