We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Site Manager to lead our vibrant community hub that supports people with disabilities to live learn and thrive! At Endeavour Foundations Kingston Learning & Lifestyle Centre we deliver innovative and engaging programs designed to empower participants to achieve their goals and live independently.

Make an impact!
As the Site Manager you will oversee the Learning & Lifestyle Centre offering dynamic day programs and community access services for approximately 30 participants. Our programs include a mix of fitness activities creative arts life skill development and community engagement tailored to align with individual NDIS goals.

With a clear focus on growth this role offers the opportunity to develop and strengthen the commercial side of the business by building strong community connections driving business development and creating innovative programs that meet participant and market demands in the Logan area.

Youll lead a team of dedicated staff ensuring high-quality person-centred service delivery while fostering growth and innovation. Your role will focus on maintaining operational excellence supporting staff development and championing the rights and aspirations of participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Oversee day programs such as Zumba Auslan classes music trivia caf work experience and creative writing. Ensure each activity aligns with participants goals promotes engagement and enhances skills.
  • Team Management: Inspire manage and support a high-performing team to deliver exceptional services.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for participants human rights and ensure services are person-centred and meet individual needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a well-run centre by overseeing schedules training staff and ensuring compliance with NDIS and WHS standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage site budgets funding and billing while identifying growth opportunities for programs and services.
  • Community Engagement: Promote Endeavour Foundations services as a positive brand ambassador and build relationships with participants families and stakeholders.


What you can bring to the team!

Youre an experienced leader with a strong background in the disability or community services sector. You excel in building relationships solving problems and driving outcomes that align with organisational values and customer goals. You bring a mature and vibrant personality with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse team and participant group.

  • Bachelors degree in human services or a related field is essential.
  • Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry such as the Disability Sector and experience within Community services support for people with a disability.
  • A dynamic and engaging personality that fosters a positive and energetic environment to inspire and energise both staff and participants.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services Quality & Safeguarding Framework disability services provision and NDIS.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work) and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
