Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking experienced ISP Cable Pullers to support a major network infrastructure deployment inside commercial and industrial buildings. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours prevailing wage pay and high-profile project experience.

Project Overview:

This project involves pulling high-count trunk fiber cables (up to 3456F) through structured cable tray systems conduits risers and pathways throughout multi-building facilities. You will be working alongside skilled splicers network technicians and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and dress fiber and copper cable inside buildings

• Route cables through trays conduits risers and designated pathways

• Maintain proper bend radius and industry-standard installation practices

• Read and follow jobsite prints floor plans and install instructions

• Assist fiber splicers and network techs with pathway prep and staging

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience with structured cabling low-voltage systems or ISP installations

• Familiarity with cable pulling tools and basic indoor cable management systems

• Ability to read prints cabling diagrams and route plans

• Strong teamwork communication and problem-solving skills

• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
