Job Title: Field Service Engineer - (CT) Location: Philadelphia USA Job Description The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites to perform essential activities related to the maintenance and repair of medical imaging equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that equipment is installed properly maintained to industry standards and serviced promptly to maintain optimal functionality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues performing repairs and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to perform repairs maintenance installations and de-installations of Toshiba and Canon CT equipment. Provide troubleshooting support and repair medical imaging equipment particularly CT systems while adhering to industry standards. Deliver exceptional customer service addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment repairs and customer interactions. Be available for on-call duties and respond to urgent repair needs promptly. Adhere to safety and compliance regulations during service procedures. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Toshiba and Canon CT equipment. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging equipment. Must possess a valid US drivers license and be willing to travel extensively. No significant gaps in employment history; evidence of job stability preferred. Desired Experience Experience with MR and PET-CT systems is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Salary & Benefits The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidates interview performance and skill set.
