Job Description

Were a trend-driven beauty brand with a strong focus on UV nail polish makeup and cutting-edge beauty concepts. As a company with a strong presence both online and offlineespecially in leading drugstoreswe are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our creative team.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Photo Retouching & Visual Editing: Clean and precise retouching of product and campaign imagery including color correction skin retouching and creative compositing
- Layout & Typography: Design for various formats including digital ads packaging brochures in-store displays and meta contentwith excellent typographic placement and attention to visual hierarchy
- Packaging & POS Design: Create compelling packaging concepts and support the design of retail and counter displays for new launches in drugstores
- 2D Visualizations: Develop realistic visual mock-ups and presentations for internal reviews sales decks or retail planning
- Production-Ready Files: Ensure all artwork is suitable for professional print productionunderstanding die-cuts color profiles print specifications and materials
- Creative Development: Contribute fresh ideas for limited edition boxes seasonal collections and product stories that align with brand identity and market trends
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer ideally in the beauty lifestyle or fashion sector
- Strong retouching and photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop is a must)
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop)
- Experience in packaging design print production and preparing files for vendors
- A keen eye for composition detail and aesthetics tailored to beauty-loving consumers
- Experience in 2D visualization and creating product or display mock-ups
- Solid understanding of brand storytelling visual identity and how to translate them across formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Bonus:
- Knowledge of 3D tools (e.g. Blender Cinema4D or Adobe Dimension)
- Experience with motion graphics for social media or campaign content
