Job Summary:
As a Script & UGC Content Writer (Hindi & English) you will be responsible for creating engaging impactful and brand-aligned scripts for video content advertisements social media and influencer collaborations. Your role will involve storytelling scriptwriting and generating UGC (User-Generated Content) ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scriptwriting for Videos & Ads
Develop compelling and audience-driven scripts for video ads brand promotions explainer videos and influencer marketing.
Write scripts for different formats including YouTube videos Instagram Reels TikTok and Facebook Shorts.
Ensure storytelling aligns with brand messaging product highlights and audience interests.
Adapt scripts for different lengths 15-sec 30-sec 1-min etc. to suit platform requirements.
2. UGC (User-Generated Content) Strategy & Copywriting
Create UGC-friendly scripts for influencers and real users to generate authentic content.
Develop relatable and engaging dialogues hooks and call-to-action (CTAs) for UGC videos.
Provide content guidelines for creators to maintain consistency and authenticity.
Optimize scripts for virality engagement and shareability.
3. Social Media Content Development
Write creative captions hooks and storylines for Instagram Facebook YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
Ideate and create viral content formats that boost organic reach and audience interaction.
Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized high-engagement scripts.
Develop story-driven content that resonates with Hindi & English-speaking audiences.
4. Research & Audience Insights
Conduct research on trending topics viral content formats and social media trends.
Understand consumer psychology and behavior to create relatable storytelling.
Analyze competitor content and bring fresh innovative script ideas.
Ensure cultural relevance and language nuances are effectively incorporated.
5. Collaboration with Creators & Influencers
Work with video editors designers and content creators to bring scripts to life.
Provide clear instructions and guidelines to influencers for UGC video creation.
Adapt scripts based on creator style and audience demographics.
6. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track engagement metrics (views shares comments) to evaluate script performance.
Optimize content and scripts based on data-driven insights and audience feedback.
Experiment with different storytelling techniques humor and emotional hooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in Hindi & English (writing grammar and storytelling).
Creative storytelling skills with an understanding of brand voice.
Knowledge of social media trends short-form video content and UGC marketing.
