Job Description
Job Title: MDM & Intune Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a MDM & Intune Specialist with expertise in Microsoft MDM Intune packaging software deployment and Windows configuration optimization. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing enterprise-level Windows environments and ensuring seamless software delivery upgrades and configuration.
Since finding professionals with all the required expertise is challenging we welcome candidates who possess the core skills and are willing to learn and work on advanced MDM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Microsoft MDM (Intune) for enterprise-wide device management.
- Package and deploy applications using Intune ensuring smooth software distribution.
- Handle device enrollment deployment and software delivery across multiple systems.
- Perform software upgrades and troubleshooting to maintain system efficiency.
- Configure and optimize Windows user settings and data for enhanced performance and security.
- Work closely with IT teams to enforce device policies compliance and security protocols.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to improve deployment processes.
- Collaborate on backend integrations leveraging C# or Java to support IT infrastructure.
- Utilize Python (if available) for scripting and automation enhancements.
- Provide technical support and document solutions for Windows desktop applications.
Must-Have Skills:
- Microsoft MDM (Intune) Strong hands-on experience in mobile and device management.
- Intune Packaging & Deployment Proficiency in software packaging and automated deployment.
- Software Enrollment & Delivery Expertise in configuring and rolling out enterprise software solutions.
- Windows Configuration & Optimization Ability to fine-tune system performance and user settings.
- Upgrades & Troubleshooting Experience in software updates debugging and resolving deployment issues.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Open to Learn & Work On):
- PowerShell (Scripting) Primary scripting language for automation and system management.
- Python Good to have for advanced scripting and automation.
- Backend Development (C# or Java) Knowledge of backend integration and enterprise application support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Desktop Applications Understanding of Windows-based enterprise tools.
