We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to optimize online presence and maximize growth opportunities for an Enterprise B2B SaaS start-up; which offers a future-proof Retail Media Operating System - boosting e-tailer s profitability.
As a Growth marketer you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition engagement and retention for the Enterprise SaaS startup. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to maximize growth opportunities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our marketing efforts and contribute to the success of the startup.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute demand generation plans tailored to enterprise tech emphasizing lead acquisition and conversion.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels ensuring integration and synergy.
- Harness marketing automation tools and CRM systems to design and implement effective lead nurturing workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to produce compelling assets like ebooks webinars and blog posts addressing industry pain points.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies and conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics for continuous optimization.
- Foster seamless collaboration with the sales team to facilitate smooth lead handoff and align strategies for enhanced conversion rates.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the marketing database ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations while also staying vigilant about market trends and customer insights for proactive initiatives.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field coupled with a robust professional background.
- Accumulate 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in demand generation or similar roles within the enterprise tech or SaaS domain.
- Demonstrate proficiency in orchestrating successful demand generation campaigns ideally in the US & EU B2B markets.
- Exhibit a strong command over marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Possess a deep understanding of B2B inbound marketing principles and effective lead nurturing strategies.
- Display a keen analytical acumen adept at deriving insights from data to refine campaigns and strategies.
- Communicate effectively both in written and verbal forms and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Showcase creativity adaptability and a problem-solving mindset while also maintaining a solid grasp of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
