About the Role
Support virtual coaching and care coordination for members.
Assist in creating and reviewing clinical education materials.
Participate in team huddles and contribute to project execution.
Conduct research and compile data for clinical programs.
Help track member outcomes and feedback.
Engage in health outreach activities and campaigns as needed
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Medicine Nursing Public Health or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in digital health and chronic disease management.
Comfortable using tech tools (Google Workspace Slack etc.).
Organized proactive and eager to learn.
