We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing high-quality corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning organizing and coordinating events from conception through to completion.
Support the events team with logistics vendor communications and day-of-event execution.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings managing calendars and maintaining event documentation.
Communicate with clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
Conduct on-site support and problem-solving during events to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor event budgets and provide post-event reporting and analysis.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field preferred.
1 year of experience in event coordination or a related role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
Availability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or evenings depending on event schedules.
