We are looking for a Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements for a new teller system. The role includes documenting process flows translating business needs into technical specs and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates must have a strong financial transaction background preferably in banking and be skilled in requirements analysis business processes and agile frameworks.
- Elicit analyze and gather detailed requirements related to teller functions for the new system.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of current (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows including associated business rules.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs objectives and success criteria.
- Perform gap analysis to identify improvement areas and propose effective solutions.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops meetings and solution validation sessions.
- Ensure all requirements are clearly documented communicated understood and approved by relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Financial transaction background required.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end flow of financial transactions.
- Banking experience preferred.
- Proficient in Business Processes Documentation Requirements Analysis & Elicitation Domain Knowledge Analytical Thinking Complex Problem-Solving Digital Product Engineering Presentation & Storytelling Requirement Management User Experience and Agile frameworks (Kanban LeSS SAFe Scrum Product Owner).
- Strong Operational Skills including Autonomous Task Delivery Client Interaction Effort Estimation Flexibility Interpersonal Communication Pre-sales Support Proactive Contribution Process Adherence Risk Management Task Delivery and Reporting.
