Basic Requirements:
- An engineering graduate with Elec/Electronics/mechatronics/mechanical with 4-5 years experience in sales/marketing/business development of factory automation products preferably from Resistance welding and DC tightening solutions background.
- Market knowledge specifically about Automotive Tier1 2 and general Industries.
- Good in excel Power BI and presentation.
- Fluent in communication.
- Ready to relocate
Key responsibilities;
- Customer relationship management- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide ongoing support
- Sales generation- Identifying potential customers presenting products or services and closing sales deals.
- Product /process knowledge- Possessing a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries and demonstrate value.
- Sales Process Management- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing including negotiating prices preparing sales agreements and handling customer complaints
- Sales Target Achievement- Meeting or exceeding established sales targets often measured by key performance indicators. Ability to find new customers spreading product portfolio awareness through Tech days/ seminars/ demos.
- Market Awareness- Staying informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies to meet the targets and increase the market share.
- Communication and negotiation- Effectively communicating with customers colleagues and other stakeholders to address needs resolve issues and negotiate favorable terms
- Lead Generation- Identifying and developing new leads through various channels such as referrals cold calling and online prospecting
