Job Description

Basic Requirements:

  1. An engineering  graduate with Elec/Electronics/mechatronics/mechanical with 4-5 years experience in sales/marketing/business development of factory automation products preferably from Resistance welding and DC tightening solutions background.
  2. Market knowledge specifically about Automotive Tier1 2 and general Industries.
  3. Good in excel Power BI and presentation.
  4. Fluent in communication.
  5. Ready to relocate

Key responsibilities;

  1. Customer relationship management- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide ongoing support
  2. Sales generation- Identifying potential customers presenting products or services and closing sales deals. 
  3. Product /process knowledge- Possessing a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries and demonstrate value. 
  4. Sales Process Management- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing including negotiating prices preparing sales agreements and handling customer complaints
  5. Sales Target Achievement- Meeting or exceeding established sales targets often measured by key performance indicators. Ability to find new customers spreading product portfolio awareness through Tech days/ seminars/ demos.
  6. Market Awareness- Staying informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies to meet the targets and increase the market share.
  7. Communication and negotiation- Effectively communicating with customers colleagues and other stakeholders to address needs resolve issues and negotiate favorable terms
  8. Lead Generation- Identifying and developing new leads through various channels such as referrals cold calling and online prospecting

Skills required:

  1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. 
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers understand their needs and establish trust. 
  3. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices terms and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements. 
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns effectively. 
  5. Sales Skills: Ability to identify leads present products and close sales deals. 
  6. Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold. 
  7. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  8. Persuasion and Influence: Ability to persuade customers and influence their purchasing decisions. 
  9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions customer needs and sales strategies.

B.E. (Electric / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical)

  • Product knowledge on tightening and welding
