Our voice dictation product Flow solves the biggest use case for technology: letting people communicate with others and AI. Flow is the first consumer voice dictation platform that people use more than their keyboards.
We are a team of AI researchers designers growth experts and engineers who step away from the status quo to rethink human-computer interaction. We like working with people who are high agency open communicators user obsessed and detail oriented. We enjoy spirited debate truth seeking and impact. We have averaged 50% month over month growth in 2025 and have raised over $56M from Menlo Ventures NEA 8VC and others.
The Role
Were looking for a culturally fluent platform-obsessed Social & Community Lead who knows how to build momentum online. Someone who lives where the conversation is happening understands the algorithms and the nuance and turns scrolls into shares fans and love. Youre part strategist part shitposter and fully tuned into what makes people stop care and share.
Things youll own...
1. Channel Strategy & Execution
Full ownership of social channels:
Twitter LinkedIn and Reddit are our primary launch and acquisition channels and the priority for this role
Instagram and TikTok are our organic brand and community building channels to generate future demand P2 for this role
Slack/owned-community channels are lesser priority and only as capacity permits
2. Channel-specific content strategy that respects the nuance of each platform.
You think in channel-native formatsfrom Discord drops to TikTok duets to niche Reddit replies. Youre not recycling contentyoure reinventing it for each surface.
Virality is the obvious goal - and you will be the expert on this on a per-channel basis to drive content creation. We are looking for someone who understands this deeply can teach others and can show results in prior engagements.
A deep appreciation for the role of brand in guiding our approach. We can do anything but what should we do based on the audience we are trying to build and their perception of us
Weekly content calendars and monthly themes that reflect whats workingand whats worth testing
3. Content Creation & Collaboration
As a bonus but not critical you can be hands-on with creationfrom shooting scrappy TikToks to building clean carousels in Figma. You can move fast make it pretty and know when good enough is better than perfect. But more important than creation is simply knowing what works so we can get the support required from creators to make magic happen.
Collaborate with in-house and freelance creators to generate lo-fi or high-concept contentwhichever fits the momentLead or contribute to short-form scripts memes visuals and motion assets
Develop and refine our social tone of voice ensuring consistency and originality
4. Growth & Measurement
Launch rapid experiments: whats viral what converts what creates stickinessCollaborate with growth marketing to understand whats driving acquisitionand feed into it organically
Own and report KPIs across reach engagement community growth and love metrics (yes we track them)
