As the finance department assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the finance department with all aspects of the financial process such as

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load deals in DMS
- Print and scan paperwork
- Verify payoffs insurance and package deals
- Monitor contracts in transit and bank held offerings
- Knowledge of state paperwork compliance and financial regulations
- Product knowledge
- Attend and complete state compliance product training
- Answer phone calls
- Sign paperwork with customer
- Customer service automotive financial and title work experience preferred
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and customer service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in dealership management software along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
