Job Description

- Minimum one year of experience in facility maintenance or boiler operations.
- Must be able to work individually with little Supervision and work well in a team environment.
- 5 years of relevant experience in industrial facility and grounds maintenance.
- Current low pressure boiler operators license.
- Shop and office environment.
- Requires walking throughout the facility and grounds climbing kneeling crawling squatting and pulling (as necessary for maintenance).
- Inside and outside responsibilities.
- Steel-toed safety shoes and safety glasses are required.
- Must be able to regularly lift loads of up to 50 pounds.
- Works rotating shift to maintain facility coverage 24 hours/day 7 days/week.
- 150% paid anytime over 8 hours daily hours over 45 in a week are paid as double time
- Swing Shift - Get rewarded with a 19.5% premium for taking on the swing shift
