Job Description

company specializing inCommercial General ConstructionDesign-Build andConstruction Management serving the Capital Region and beyond.
Their team is comprised of knowledgeable and dedicated individuals with over a century of
experience in the construction industry delivering valued leadership and accountability to each and every project. Our project experience ranges from corporate headquarters to office buildings warehousing and manufacturing facilities distribution centers retail outlets lending institutions assisted living facilities specialty stores apartment complexes and more.
Compensation:$110K - 130K
Day-to-day duties:
- Project Managing the entire project from working with subs getting Contracts prepped and ready for the administrative staff and managing all scheduling
- Typically working on 1-2 big projects at a time
Must Haves:
- Public Works experience is highly preferred
- General Contractor experience is required
- Eager to Hit the Ground Running
- Bachelors Degree is not required
Requirements:
7 - 10 years of experience in Project Management is required.
