Competitive Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $16$18.50 per hour ($33280$38480 annually based on a 40-hour workweek)
Paid Time Off: 48 hours to start increasing to 168 hours with tenure
Paid Holidays: 7 per year (New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Your Role as a Warehouse Technician
As a Warehouse Technician youll play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by preparing orders managing deliveries and maintaining a safe organized environment. Your responsibilities include:
Order Preparation: Process requests pull materials pack boxes and place orders in the delivery area
Deliveries: Drive company trucks or vans to and from vendor locations
Quality Service: Follow organizational standards to ensure high-quality outcomes
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep shelves pallet areas workstations and shipping supply areas clean and organized complying with all safety procedures rules and regulations
Reporting: Accurately complete reports by entering required information
Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts to achieve shared goals

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry materials as needed for order preparation and delivery
Willingness to comply with safety and organizational standards
Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in inventory control reporting and documentation
Dependability to report to work on time and complete tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
