On behalf of Spatially Health SD Solutions is looking for a talented Manual QA Engineer to ensure our web application is robust reliable and user-ready. This role requires someone who reads specifications thoroughly proactively investigates edge cases and develops a deep familiarity with the application. You will work closely with the product and developer teams to test new features and validate that the platform behaves as intended across a wide variety of user scenarios. This role is critical to maintaining quality and stability throughout the release cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Carefully read and analyze development tasks and design specifications to ensure a clear understanding of expected behaviors
- Design and execute manual test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria
- Conduct thorough testing of features across different environments covering functional regression smoke and exploratory cases
- Proactively dive deep into the application to understand its logic structure and usage patterns identifying areas that require extra attention or clarification
- Report and track issues ensuring each ticket is clearly documented with reproducible steps
- Collaborate closely with developers to validate fixes and clarify edge cases
- Create and maintain structured test documentation checklists and QA reports using our test management tool
- Participate in sprint ceremonies contributing QA estimates and feedback on potential testing challenges
- Continuously improve QA processes by identifying gaps and proposing refinements in test strategy or tooling
- Maintain a high standard of quality and advocate for the user by ensuring all features behave consistently and as expected
- Suggest improvements to the product team through well-structured feature requests
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a manual QA tester for web applications
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and feature specs with attention to nuance and detail
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies testing types and best practices
- Experience with sprint-based development processes and task tracking systems
- Comfortable using dev tools and browser-based inspection techniques
- Basic knowledge of automated testing concepts; experience with Playwright or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Self-motivated proactive and eager to fully explore and understand complex applications
- Passion for quality consistency and catching the small things before users do
Advantages:
- Experience with API testing (Postman Swagger etc.)
- Familiarity with QA/test case management platforms (e.g. Testmo TestRail Zephyr)
- Understanding of CI/CD release flows and how QA fits into them
- Awareness of accessibility and cross-browser testing practices
- Prior experience with SaaS products or data-centric platforms
