Job Description
Looking to build an exciting career in a dynamic fast-paced team environment then look no further. We are looking for a cashier to join our Grimsby finance team.
As a Cashier you will be working alongside the team and be responsible for providing an efficient cashiering service to partners and employees across all our offices.
In return for your high levels of speed accuracy and attention to detail you will receive unrivalled support to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm.
Your main duties will include:
- Make debit / credits on client / office accounts.
- Post various financial transactions on a daily basis onto the computer system.
- Provide a cashiering service in reception dealing with routine enquires.
- Dealing with clients on the telephone when paying their bill by card payment.
- Create new client accounts on the computer system.
- Check and process all the bills submitted on the computer system.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Head of Finance / Cashier Team Manager.
- File all accounts documents.
We are interested to hear from candidates with initiative and a strong team ethos. Some accounts or office experience is desirable although not essential.
This is a full time position Monday - Friday.
