Job Description
Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Santa Teresa NM
Summary:
Were hiring a reliable Packaging Operator to join our team. Youll operate plastic strapping machines and shrink guns inspect and package products and maintain a clean safe workspace. Forklift operation is required.
Key Duties:
Package products using strapping machines and shrink guns
Inspect count and weigh items for accuracy
Move packaged goods and supply materials
Calibrate scales perform basic maintenance and keep records
Operate a sit-down forklift
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Shift Schedule:
Rotating every 4 months
Night Shift (initial): 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Week 1: 4 shifts (48 hrs.) Week 2: 3 shifts (36 hrs.)
Pay:
Day: $16.25/hr.
Night: $17.75/hr.
Requirements:
English proficiency
Steel-toed shoes
Sit-down forklift experience
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
