Oats Overnight is changing the way people eat breakfast and since launching in 2016 our high protein spoon-free oatmeal has been enjoyed by overcustomers. We are scaling quickly in both direct-to-consumer and retail with the goal of becoming a household brand. We have end-to-end control of all phases of the business producing and fulfilling the product in-house which is extremely rare for companies our size. This allows us to create new flavors and products quickly and is a tremendous advantage for our brand were able to give customers a behind-the-scenes look at what we do highlighting our people and process in content. Being vertically integrated also enables us to incorporate customers directly in the development process.

Whats The Job
Oats Overnight is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts across both retail and club channels with a strong emphasis on Excel-based modeling and analytics. As a rapidly growing brand in the better-for-you breakfast space we need a planner who can balance short-term agility with long-term scalability. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with syndicated data POS trends customer-level insights and cross-functional inputs to drive forecast accuracy and support our S&OP process.
What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
Develop and manage detailed Excel-based forecast models at the SKU customer and channel level incorporating historical sales promotions and shipment patterns.
Own the demand planning process for retail and club customers (e.g. Walmart Target Costco Sams Club) aligning with internal sales goals and customer expectations.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align demand forecasts with promotional calendars product launches and channel strategies.
Analyze POS data and syndicated market data to validate forecasts identify trends and anticipate changes in demand.
Maintain and enhance Excel tools used for forecast accuracy tracking inventory coverage analysis and customer-level sales projections.
Lead monthly demand review meetings with stakeholders as part of the S&OP cycle highlighting risks opportunities and changes in assumptions.
Provide forecast inputs for supply planning and identify potential constraints tied to club pack configurations or retail replenishment cycles.
Continuously improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias leveraging Excel analytics and feedback loops from both supply chain and sales teams.
What Youve Done And Who You Are
Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Data Analytics or other relevant field
2-4 years of related work experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can you concatenate)
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Team oriented driven to share learnings and knowledge amongst our teams to ensure optimum solutions
