Job Description
Summary Join a long-term Federal initiative supporting interagency wildland fire data integration. As the Development Coordinator for an interagency program you will coordinate Agile development cycles ensure communication across teams and manage the execution of technical deliverables. This remote position supports a highly collaborative and impactful mission.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Agile sprint planning and backlog grooming across development teams
- Serve as primary liaison between technical teams Product Owner and Project Manager
- Maintain development schedules milestone tracking and progress documentation
- Ensure interagency requirements are incorporated into sprint tasks
- Support cross-team communication including core and extended teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Monitor development velocity and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Assist in aligning system architecture and story planning with IRWIN product vision
Qualifications - Required
- 3 years of experience coordinating Agile development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile software development lifecycle
- Experience with interagency federal or complex technical environments
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and technical roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications Highly Desired
- Experience using Jira Confluence or other Agile collaboration tools
- Prior involvement in federal or public sector software programs
- Familiarity with AWS environments and DevOps pipelines
- Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS systems or geospatial data workflows
- Agile or Scrum certification
Compensation $117000 - $136000
