Data Management Administrator
The University of Miami/UHealth department of Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Data Management Administrator to work in Hialeah FL. The Data Management Administrator assists with the administration of the assigned department(s) database and analyzes database needs to suggest long-term strategy for data storage. Moreover the Data Management Administrator participates in the development of policies and procedures related to data security and integrity and monitors database access.
Develops data collection methods to gather information.
Creates and maintains databases for evaluations annual reports research activity financial summaries enrollment accomplishments and awards and assessment activities.
Analyzes and maintains quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate effectiveness.
Monitors daily operations development and delivery of data management program content and services.
Coordinates outreach efforts that may include presentations workshops and related activities required for the dissemination and reporting of data.
Stays abreast of emerging technologies and new design approaches.
Provides support and training to applicable staff regarding database management and use.
Reviews data to ensure accuracy and reports any issues to appropriate managing staff.
Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

Core Qualifications
Bachelors degree in relevant field required
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software technology and relevant computer applications.
