What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via chat e-mail and phone
- Troubleshoot video membership and navigation issues with accuracy and care
- Guide users through account policy and copyright questions
- Document actions flag bugs and help drive platform improvements
- Analyze customer concerns and report insights impacting user experience globally
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices
Who You Are:
- Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English (minimum level B2)
- Experience in customer support or contact center (12 months preferred but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of key BPO metrics (C-SAT NPS SLAs) is a strong plus
- Tech-savvy adaptable and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
