This fixed-term contract role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop a long-term career in sales with hands-on training mentorship and exposure to the Protective Marine and Decorative Coatings sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs trends and competitor activity.
- Generate leads through cold calling networking and referrals.
- Shadow senior sales executives during meetings and presentations to learn sales techniques.
- Support in preparing and submitting quotations proposals and sales reports.
- Follow up with clients for feedback orders and payment collections.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support overall sales and customer service efforts.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build product knowledge and sales capability.
- Gradually take on responsibility for individual sales targets as experience grows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A degree in business marketing or a related field (for decorative) chemistry paint technology or chemical engineering (for PC/marine).
- Strong interest in building a sales career in the coatings or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn adaptable and self-driven.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and work in a client-facing role.
