Job Description
Position: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Industry: Retail Hospitality
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
The FP&A Manager is responsible for budgeting forecasting financial modeling and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures the companys financial plans are robust forward-looking and aligned with business objectives. The FP&A Manager reports to the Finance Director and works closely with operational departments andgroup-level finance teams.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts based on operational KPIs and commercial assumptions.
- Update rolling forecasts and provide gap analysis vs. budget.
- Support long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.
Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze actual performance vs. budget across revenue cost and margin metrics.
- Prepare financial dashboards and monthly performance reports for management.
- Provide ad hoc analysis on specific business questions (new stores product lines capex etc.).
- Identify cost-saving and margin-improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Group Coordination
- Support the consolidation and submission of financial reports to group HQ.
- Maintain and update internal reporting tools (dashboards scorecards variance trackers).
- Ensure consistency of financial data across systems and reporting periods.
Tools & Process Improvement
- Maintain and improve financial models templates and data automation tools.
- Lead initiatives to streamline FP&A processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Support implementation of new BI/reporting systems where needed.
REQUIREMENTS:

Salary: $2000 - $2500
