Your opportunity
Were seeking a commercially astute leader to head a team of Contract Specialists delivering high-quality contract management solutions across our Supply Chain and Corporate Services division. This is a great opportunity offering the chance to make a tangible impact on major projects and procurement strategies.
In this role you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Contract Specialists to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert commercial and contractual advice on complex matters and contract strategies.
- Develop and implement models to manage contract and commercial risks.
- Support pre-contract negotiations and advise on contract structure and terms.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful contract outcomes.
- Manage contractor performance resolve disputes and ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Brisbane CBD. The role offers a starting salary of $151359 plus 12.75% superannuation along with hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.

- Proven leadership in managing high-performing contract management teams.
- Extensive experience with complex contracts ideally in a rail or government environment.
- Deep understanding of procurement governance and risk management in a statutory authority.
- Strong negotiation influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
