You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Peer Navigator responsibilities include meeting with patients collaborating with the Retention and Adherence Program (RAP) Specialist addressing barriers to care and facilitating attendance at Immune Health appointment to Immune Health appointments for RAP patients as necessary and other essential responsibilities as directed by the Program Manager. This position will work directly under the supervision of the Program Manager.
