Role Overview
Operates industrial machinery and transports items from one location within the FC to another. May work in various departments such Inbound Replenishment Outbound and Maintenance.
What You Will Do
- Perform daily forklift maintenance safety inspection
- Follow forklift safety protocols
- Operate forklifts balers scrubbers and pallet trucks
- Transport products from one location to another
- Sort and organize products
- Operate an RF gun/PDA device
- Keep record of inventory reconcile any discrepancies and consolidate products
- Move items and carts from one location to another
- Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department
- May participate in training new drivers
- (Maintenance only)
- Remove trash spills and dropped/broken items
- Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment
- Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary
Basic Qualifications

Work environment
- Fast-paced
- Medium to loud noise levels
- High and low warehouse seasonal temperatures
- Minimal exposure to dust
- Steel-toed shoes/boots required
Physical demands
- Must be able to remain in stationary position (sit and stand) for 10 hours
- Must be able to move and walk for 10 hours
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs of exerted force
Preferred education and experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Forklift experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
Hourly pay rates range from $20 - $21.50 varies by shift & tenure. Pay rate depends on position shift and experience. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending onjob-related knowledge skills and experience.
