Job Description
This is a full-time hourly 3rd shift position.
Preference will be given to candidates withpre-loader experience. Full time colleagues are eligible for a full benefits package including health dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company matching funds available paid vacation.
Qualifications:
- Meet all qualifications of a Utility Classification.
- Operate a lap top computer.
- Meet minimum tool requirement list.
- Perform DOT if meets DOT qualifications.
- Shuttle Trailers
- Preload Trailers
- Set tractor parameters.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a good attendance record. (No more than 3 days unexcused absent in calendar year).
- Ability to work well with others.
- Conduct all job tasks with a positive safety attitude.
- Maintains good housekeeping.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
