Assist patients in their move toward independence by setting realistic goals and treatment plans. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and often coordinate patient care and team activities.
Additional Job Description
Minimum Education:A high school diploma or GED required.
Required Licensure Certifications and Registrations: Currently registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant in South Carolina; must be current in the Nurse Aide Registry. Will be required to maintain American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
