ABOUT
Our TPA client is currently seeking an experienced CAT Field Services Executive to join their high-performing claims team.
Salary
- $250000 to $325000/year total compensation (based on experience)
- Annual bonus potential with Company Equity

Job Description
- Define and execute the strategy for field services across North America ensuring alignment with the companys broader goals and client expectations.
- Recruit mentor and develop a high-performing field leadership team across regions.
- Act as a senior operational point of contact for key clients providing confidence in service delivery and addressing escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling routing workforce utilization and field productivity.
- Manage departmental budget and support achievement of revenue margin and EBITDA targets.
Requirements
- 10 years of leadership experience in CAT field operations inspections adjusting or service delivery within insurance claims or regulated services
- 5 years in a senior executive or director-level role managing large distributed teams across multiple states or regions
- Proven experience in driving performance improvement and growth in a service-oriented business
- Strong operational financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L
- Demonstrated success in working with large insurance carriers TPAs or highly regulated clients
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Risk Management or related field (Masters preferred)
- Comfortable working in a high-growth fast-paced and matrixed organization
