What Youll Do
- Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns often with a retirement and investment focus
- Provide thoughtful year-round tax planning for clients who rely on us to guide their retirement income strategies
- Partner with our financial and legalexperts to deliver seamless coordinated solutions
- Explain Roth conversions and tax moves in plain English (clients love that!)
- Use UltraTax SurePrep and Zoho CRM to keep everything running smooth and secure
- Stay up to date on tax law changesand help clients stay ahead of the curve
What You Bring
- Enrolled Agent (EA) required
- CPA is a plus
- 3 years of experience in individual and business tax preparation
- Strong communication skills and a warm professional approach
- Experience working with retirees or alongside financial planners is helpful
- Comfort with tech tools and a love for helping people make wise decisions
