Job Description:
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students parents and colleagues within the educational environment.
- Proven ability in classroom management to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere for students academic and social development.
- Creativity skills for designing engaging and interactive teaching methods that cater to various learning styles.
- Extensive content knowledge to teach curriculum subjects effectively facilitating students understanding and retention.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve student issues or queries effectively and promptly.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently plan and execute lesson plans and other teaching-related tasks.
- Ability to communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons that comply with the educational standards and curriculum set by the school.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through tests assignments and regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
