Job Description
Job Purpose
We are currently seeking SPARK trainees in the following areas:
- Biometrics
- Commercial/Marketing
- Strategy Planning & Projects
- Finance
- HR People & Culture
- IT
- Investor Relations / External Communication
- Regulatory Affairs / Medical Writing
- Technical Operations / Supply Chain
- Contribute to real high-impact projects across scientific operational or strategic teams
- Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
- Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor including mid-program and final performance reviews
- Engage in the SPARKLAB macro project and our off-site team event
- Actively participate in team life including a potential visit to another hub
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university degree (Bachelors or Masters)
- Curious motivated and eager to grow in a biotech setting
- B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week
Work Location
- 3 days/week in our Zug Cambridge or Porto office.
