Your new role

As a senior leader youll help drive divisional success by fostering a collaborative and accountable culture with your peers while leading a growing portfolio of services that deliver real impact including:
- Therapeutic Children Youth and Families Services
- Family violence and community supports
- Divisional practice leads for Children & Families Homelessness Mental Health & AOD
Youll work with senior practice leaders to embed consistent high-quality trauma-informed approaches while also leading operational delivery service improvement and team performance. Youll also help operationalise our Therapeutic Model of Care into our program and practice elements and develop strategies to improve consumer outcomes.
Whether youre a current senior manager or a senior practitioner ready to lead from the front this is a pivotal opportunity to influence practice and systems at scale.

Your skills and experience
Youre someone who lives their values leads with purpose and understands the connection between strong practice program performance and consumer outcomes. Youre known for your responsiveness and ability to think differently you challenge the status quo to create stronger consumer outcomes.
You will also bring with you:
- Experience in child youth and family services family violence or related areas.
- A passion for improving service quality through evidence-led and therapeutic models of care.
- Leadership capability whether from an operational or practice background and readiness to step into a senior role.
- Strong relationship skills strategic thinking and a collaborative approach to change.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human/community services and a current valid drivers license.
