Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our growing accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable across multiple entities
- Receive and record raw materials and packaging into inventory
- Process company credit card expenses from employee reports
- Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding payables
- Support physical inventory counts
- Assist with credit and collections efforts
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- 12 years of accounting experience
- Familiarity with SAP Sage or similar ERP systems preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Basic understanding of inventory cost accounting and U.S. GAAP
- Eagerness to learn grow and suggest process improvements
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
