Position Overview:

Summary of Position

The part-time Seasonal Retail Associate is responsible for supporting the store in delivering highly engaging customer journeys helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. You embody Canadian Warmth demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction helping bring the guest journey to life. You consistently operate at the highest level always demonstrating a passion for the customer. Ultimately you collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey and are a steward of Canada Gooses values and culture.

What Youll Do:

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets that contribute to driving your stores results.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings events and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and selling metricssuch as conversion average dollar per transaction average unit retail and units per transaction through the introduction of new underperforming and strategic product categories to customers.
• Support the overall store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness organizing the stockroom efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments and ensuring the sales floor is consistently replenished to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership
• Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards while following all other standard operating procedures with excellence.
• Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.

Lets Talk About You:

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience preferably in a customer-focused high-touch retail environment.
• Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations
• Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management organization and multi-tasking skills with the awareness of seeking guidance when needed.
• Good understanding of store operations including efficient shipment processing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Votre rle:

• Atteindre ou dpasser les objectifs de vente personnels et les normes de productivit.
• Contribuer crer un environnement de magasin positif grce une communication un travail dquipe et un partenariat efficaces avec lquipe du magasin.
• Assister et participer lensemble des runions vnements et sances de connaissance sur les produits du magasin.
• Contribuer augmenter notre indice de recommandation client (IRC) et dautres mesures de vente et de service dont la conversion le montant en dollar moyen par transaction le nombre moyen dunits vendues etc.
• Contribuer augmenter les units par transaction (UPT) du magasin en proposant activement des catgories nouveaux faible rendement et stratgique.
• Dvelopper conserver et prconiser la gestion des relations personnelles avec les clients au moyen du service aprs-vente et dun engagement aprs-vente auprs des clients.
• Suivre les procdures dexploitation du magasin pour rduire au minimum les pertes en magasin.
• Traiter toutes les transactions au point de vente (PDV) de faon conforme aux normes de lentreprise.
• Offrir son soutien dans lentretien gnral du magasin physique et le respect des normes.

Parlons de vous:

• Au moins un an dexprience en matire de service la clientle de prfrence dans un environnement ax sur les clients
• Une bonne comprhension des activits du magasin et de la gnration de ventes
• Une exprience de travail antrieure avec des marques prospres et de luxe dans des lieux fort trafic
• De solides comptences en matire de gestion du temps dorganisation et de conciliation des tches
• La capacit de travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et ax sur le travail dquipe
• Dexcellentes comptences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
• Des comptences de base avec MicrosoftOffice
• La matrise dune autre langue est un atout
