Instrumentation and Control Test Engineer

About the role:
Perform integrated testing activities on Safety Instrumentation and Control Systems for Commercial Nuclear Plant equipment. This work will include system and integrated functional testing of the deliverable plant equipment. A successful candidate will work with a team of engineers to develop test procedures perform testing and write test reports to verify and validate I&C systems ensuring test coverage related to the I&C system requirements. The candidate will also participate in the development and improvement of test methods systems and tools related to testing system verification and validation and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities - Obtain test procedures from System Design and Software Requirements documents.
Analyze Logic diagrams and develop test cases - Facilitate execution of tests.
Author and issue test reports.
Support root cause investigation of defects and coordinate defect tracking efforts - Plan and maintain project schedules related to test programs and execution - Ensure requirements traceability to specific test cases.
Qualifications:
0 years of experience
BS in Electrical Computer or equivalent Engineering.
0 years of experience in the following: system testing verification and validation inspections or testing embedded I&C systems logic design I&C design or software design.
