Job Description
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking quality technician with a strong eye for detail. You
will be responsible for performing standardized quality control checks on our manufacturing processes
and products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality. You
may also be required to maintain calibrated test equipment prepare test data and identify areas for
quality control improvement.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
Functional back-up (deputy) for the site Quality Manager
Support role in Continuous Improvement programs (5S Kaizen Lean etc.) making
recommendations for improvement documenting current-state of processes.
Receiving inspection and Non-Conforming Material processing
Customer Support (returns handlingfailure analysis reporting corrective action documentation)
Customer-specific quality documentation (e.g. COC/COA Test documents)
Supplier quality (Supplier Corrective Action Requests Supplier scorecard))
Management of test equipment and product testing procedures
Production support in identifying non-conforming material or errors in process execution.
Technical troubleshooting for quality issues (product testing measurement etc.)
Assist with NPD and product reliability testing as required
Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws safety and environmental regulations and in a
manner consistent with company policies and procedures
Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
Create training materials and operating instructions
Flexibility to manage changing activities / projects
