As an Assistant Manager you will work in a fast-paced customer-focused organization that is preparing for growth. We are seeking aleader to support the business by communicating tracking training and coaching all team members on achieving service quality and revenue goals as a team.
As an Assistant Manager you will oversee team members in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating a positive work culture. The Assistant Manager is in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility.

Your Impact:
Delivering operational excellence working through all areas of the restaurant to ensure production remarkable food quality
Building high-performance teams identifying and coaching leaders
Manage a team of 50 creating an inspiring vision coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs increase productivity and managing lean inventory systems.
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Position Type: Full-time Day & Evening Shifts (available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week with Saturday availability and Part-time Day & Evening Shifts (available to work a minimum of 24 hours a week with Saturday availability) Both Full-time and Part time positions require the ability to either Open (6am) or Close (work until the restaurant is clean and stocked the next day)
Pay Range:Highly Competitive Pay based on Experience and Availability $19-$21
