Responsibilities include developing behavioral support plans and methodologies tailored to each clients individual needs. The role involves monitoring and documenting client progress through consistent data collection as well as preparing monthly and quarterly summary reports. Periodic testing assessments and direct client observations are conducted to ensure accurate evaluations. The position requires active participation in annual Individual Service Plan (ISP) reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings. Additionally attendance at psychiatric appointments and assistance in monitoring and reviewing client medications are expected. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in the development of ISP plans is essential. The role also provides clinical support coaching and guidance to Direct Support Professionals along with training staff in crisis management techniques and the implementation of behavior support plans.
Bachelors degree in psychology or a related field Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word with strong report writing skills.
Ability to train staff in crisis management techniques.
Skilled in implementing and training on behavior support plans and methodologies.
Valid non-probationary drivers license.
