Maintenance Training Grade II
Location: 2100 Gardner Expressway Quincy IL 62301
Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM; some weekends and overtime required
Pay: $29.76/hour
Job Duties
Complete preventative predictive and reactive maintenance on equipment throughout the facility
Operate standard maintenance tools such as power tools hand tools electric tools precision maintenance tools preventative maintenance tools etc.
Utilize maintenance trades and components such as fabrication gearbox and bearing maintenance lubrication pumps and piping systems mechanical maintenance hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Modify/build/install equipment based on reading and comprehending schematics blueprints or operating manuals
Ensure product safety and quality
Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders skid-steers manlifts forklifts UTVs etc.
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation
Knowledge of plant equipment and process flow
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Requirements
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid Drivers License
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50 pounds kneeling climbing crawling and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to work overtime including holidays nights weekends or differential shifts
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
