Senior Product Manager - Digital Interoperability

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Chicago IL Indianapolis IN Atlanta GA Richmond VA Mason OH or Tampa FL.

The Senior Product Manager - Digital Interoperability is responsible for supporting Elevance Healths Connectivity and EHR Integration strategy. The position will shape clinical data sourcing capabilities driving seamless interoperability between Elevance Healths health plan provider networks and members by leveraging innovative EHR integrations and interoperability platforms.

How you will make an impact:

  • Define and drive strategic roadmap for connectivity and EHR integration aligning with enterprise goals and value-driven use-cases.

  • Lead comprehensive market and vendor analysis evaluating capabilities scalability and innovation to optimize clinical data acquisition.

  • Develop and execute strategies to integrate our interoperability platform with major EHR systems enabling connected experiences across payer provider and patient interactions.

  • Partner cross-functionally with business units data teams and technology partners to prioritize implement and scale integration solutions that deliver measurable business value.

  • Conduct rigorous analysis to inform strategic decision-making driving improvements in health outcomes quality programs and proactive care management initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning through implementation launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Evaluate competitor products and strategies with industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.

  • Develop and implement long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning new product design pricing parameters risk profiles and legislative/regulatory responses.

  • Coordinate presentation communication and implementation of all phases of product development.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:

  • MBA MPH or related graduate degree preferred.

  • 4 years in product management healthcare strategy or related roles preferably with direct experience in clinical interoperability or EHR integration preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in leading complex projects involving cross-functional stakeholders in healthcare settings preferred.

  • Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g. FHIR HL7) EHR integration models and clinical data management preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data insights into actionable strategies preferred.

  • Health or managed care experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s) the salary* range for this specific position is $100320.00 - $150480.00
