We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead the expansion of our presence in the commercial aerospace space and defense sectors. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge strong technical acumen and a proven track record of building relationships and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring existing relationships with key players in the aerospace space satellite or defense industries and will be instrumental in translating technical capabilities into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target accounts and expand market share.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to align customer needs with company capabilities.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering procurement and supply chain stakeholders at OEMs MROs and Tier 1/2 suppliers.
Represent the company at industry trade shows conferences and networking events.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Travel
Travel as needed to meet with prospects and customers across the U.S.

Details:
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience in aerospace defense or space manufacturing.
Strong technical understanding of build-to-print contract manufacturing including:
- Elastomer molded components and assemblies
- CNC machined parts
- Electrical Discharge Machined (EDM) components
Deep knowledge of aerospace supply chain dynamics and industry tiers.
Familiarity with industry certifications: NADCAP ISO 9001 AS9100.
Understanding of ITAR regulations and compliance.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and B2B intelligence tools (e.g. ZoomInfo Apollo).
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
