The PD Coordinator supports the PD team in all product development projects from concept to product launch by ensuring all shared documents are complete and accurate and that all samples are received and organized. The coordinator provides administrative support for the team and supports design communication and presentation prep as needed.
Prototype Management
- Manage and track all prototype loans across sub-brands within the pillar.
- Organize and maintain the sample closets for all relevant sub-brands.
- Receive and label incoming prototypes using established labeling systems.
- Monitor and track shipments (FedEx/UPS) and liaise with customs brokers to expedite deliveries when needed.
Meeting & Presentation Support
- Prepare samples documentation and materials for all development-related meetings.
- Create proto decks with key information and visuals to support project reviews.
- Coordinate and schedule milestone meetings in collaboration with the PD Manager.
Project Documentation & Calendar
- Assist in updating and maintaining the product documents.
- Learn and align with the Product Development Calendar to support planning and execution.
Systems & Process Support
- Develop proficiency in the PLM (Backbone) system to support the development process.
- Create SAP Purchase Orders (POs) for both Design and Product Development teams.
Component Management
- Oversee the management of components (e.g. leather) for all sub-brands under the pillar.
Industry Engagement
- Attend local trend shows and provide insights
Qualifications
- 01 year of relevant experience in a product development or related role.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end product development process is a plus.
- Awareness of current market and fashion trends.
- Interest in the technical aspects of watch and jewelry construction preferred.
- Understanding of brand positioning and product lines is advantageous.

The rate of pay for this role is $25.00/hr.
