Project Overview:

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit one condensate stabilization unit and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities refrigerant storage three 235000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks and three marine berths.



Job Summary:

In this role you will perform analysis control activities schedule development maintenance reporting monitoring activities and oversee the upkeep of the detailed project risk register. You will assist in preparing schedule data to present at project meetings. Your work ensures projects stay on track on budget and ahead of the competition. #LI-CS1



Major Responsibilities:

Performs analysis and control activities as directed
Performs schedule development maintenance and monitoring activities as directed
Assists in preparing schedule data for project reviews.
Assists in the development and support of project trend program
Assists with budget allocation and reporting control regime for specific construction discipline or group of disciplines
Gathers and verifies data on schedule work force and quantities to update and status discipline or specialty progress and performance reports
Assists with developing and maintaining scope-specific schedules for easy integration into the total project plan following established project procedures/practices
Assists with developing discipline level work logics in support of overall project schedule
Assists with reporting progress relative to established milestones for total project or major portions of the project
Assists the Project Risk Specialist or Project Risk Manager in the preparation of risk analysis recommendations reports metrics and presentations

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelors degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.


Required Knowledge and Skills:

Skilled in oral and written communication.
Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to plan organize direct perform review and present schedule products independently with minimal supervision. This includes using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design construction and procurement practices.
Experience in performing monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling functions which include schedule development control and analysis.
Proficiency in using PC operating systems and several basic software applications.
Proficiency in using multiple discipline-specific software applications currently used by Bechtel (e.g. Ecosys Primavera and Microsoft PowerBi)
