We seek talented Software Development Managers with expertise in leading large-scale systems development teams to join our mission. Key job responsibilities
Lead a team of software engineers building scalable distributed systems
Drive architectural decisions for complex multi-region technology solutions
Partner with product teams to develop and implement strategic roadmaps
Build and maintain partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
Guide technical strategy and implementation across multiple platforms
Technical Scope:
Large-scale distributed systems
Multi-region architecture design
Cross-platform integration
Performance optimization
Data modeling and analytics
Service-oriented architecture
Leadership Responsibilities:
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
Drive technical excellence and best practices
Collaborate with product operations and business teams
Manage complex project dependencies and stakeholder relationships
Lead strategic planning and execution
- 7 years of engineering experience
- 3 years of engineering team management experience
- 8 years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing certification and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience in communicating with users other technical teams and senior leadership to collect requirements describe software product features technical designs and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting hiring mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers
- Bachelors degree
